How does it work?
Running and Strength Coaching is about building a relationship between you and your coach. Check out the initial steps.
1. Initial Phone Call
Schedule a call with your coach to get to know each other. Talk about your goals and see if working together will be beneficial to you.
2. History overview
This is your chance to share a more detailed history of your running experience. It could range from zero to multiple ultras and everything in between. This will help with developing your monthly workout plan moving forwards.
3. App setup
Your training program and future communication with Courtney will be within the Final Surge App. This enables you to get all the information you need via your phone. You can even sync your GPS accounts to the app!
4. Monthly Workout Program
You can view your personalized running and strength program via the Final Surge app. Look at past history, future workouts and even see your strength workouts all in one place.
5. One-on-one coaching
Continue to communicate with your coach. Plan for future races or events, make changes to your schedule and be held accountable. Turn those goals and ideas into actions!
